(B) Electron micrograph of testis of adult albino rat group B showing irregularity of the basement membrane (b) with increased collagen fibers deposition (blue arrow) in the basement membrane. The spermatogonia A has cytoplasmic vacuolations (green arrow) and disrupted nuclear membrane (N). Notice the presence of wide intercellular spaces (red star).
(C) Electron micrograph of testis of adult rat group C showing that the basal lamina appears less irregular with less deposition of collagen fibers as compared with that of group B. Notice the spermatogonum A with its oval nucleus(N) appear nearly similar to that of the control.
