According to Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Impact Factor (IF) is a measurement of frequency of cited articles in a journal in a particular year. It is calculated as a ratio between number of citations in a particular year for the articles in a journal to the number of articles published in that journal during previous two years.
DOI is an abbreviated form for Digital Objective Identifier, a permanent unique identifier for an electronic document used to cite and link the published article electronically. Herbert Publications is a registered member of CrossRef and provide DOI for all the published articles immediately.

Herbert Publications do not charge any manuscript submission fee. The author will be asked to pay the article processing charge, only when a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

It is dedicated to provide immediate barrier-free open access to all its research content permanently for any internet user in the world. Herbert Publications ask for an affordable article processing charge from the author to cover the cost of producing full text and PDF formats as well as archiving and indexing the published articles permanently.

Authors are firmly suggested to explain and ask for a waiver or discount during manuscript submission only.
The author will be asked to pay only when the manuscript completes peer review process and received editorial acceptance for publication.
Once the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author will be asked to sign an Open Access Authorship Agreement and approve the article for publication after final formatting corrections in parallel with the formatting invoice and payment process.
Payments can be done only in US ($) Dollars.
In accordance to refund policy, Herbert Publications will, at its discretion, allow for the repay in case an article has not been published within 30 days from the date of payment after the manuscript has received editorial acceptance in principle.
Herbert Publications does not encourage cancellation or refund once the article is published online since this is done after author's approval of our Open Access Authorship Agreement.
