Complications in Pulmonary and Vascular Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Complications in Pulmonary and Vascular Anesthesia aim is to promote degree of communication among vascular anaesthetists and patients about pulmonary, thoracic and vascular surgery. The scope of the section includes surgical procedures and anesthesia considerations of patients with complicated diseases of cardiac, pulmonary, renal, central nervous system, endocrine and hematologic conditions. It also includes preoperative medication, testing and perioperative care of patients.
Cardiothoracic Anesthesia
Cardiothoracic Anesthesia is particularly for adult patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery and related operations like lung, heart and chest surgeries. Patients are monitored by anesthesiologist using Advanced Monitoring and Invasive Techniques like Echocardiography, Cardiopulmonary bypass.

Airway management
Airway obstruction is the major factor in anesthesia morbidity, Airway management is a set of medical techniques used to prevent airway obstruction or blockage of respiration, Endotracheal tube (ET tube) and Supraglottic airway (SGA) are devices used for adequate delivery of oxygen and anesthetic gases to anesthetized patients in airway management.

Transoesophageal echocardiography
It is a monitoring technique used by anesthologists to detect problems in heart's structure and function during cardiac surgey in real time. Transoesophageal echocardiography uses ultra sound waves to produce clear images of heart.

Intensive Care Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Intensive Care Anesthesia includes clinical practices of anesthesiologists, surgeons and intensive care unit personnel associated with intensive care medicine and pain therapy. The section also focus on findings and research in radiology, general medicine, coronary care, surgical specialty, monitoring and pre and post operative surgical intensive care.
Neuro Anasthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Neuro Anasthesia focuses on the basic and translational research in clinical anestheisa related to perioperative care and anesthetic management of neurosurgical patients. The section also includes understanding of physiology and pathophysiology of the central nervous system and clinical investigations on the effect of anesthetic agents on central nervous system of the patients undergoing neurosurgery.
Pediatric Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Pediatric Anesthesia aims to cover scientific and clinical research articles educating anesthesiologists relevant to pediatric surgery and intensive care medicine with advanced safety and quality anesthetic care, perioperative management and pain medicine in newborn, infants and children. Pediatric anesthesia section encourages research articles, case studies and reviews.
General Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section General anesthesia includes a broad aspect of medical inductions in ENT, Orthopedic, Urological, Gynecological, Obstetrical and Thoracic Anesthesia. The scope covers preoperative assessments, purposes, alternatives to general anesthesia and for its preperation. It also considers studies on airway management, anesthetic maintenance, monitering, possible risks and complications during peri and post operative conditions.
Regional Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Regional Anesthesia aims to provide scientific studies and clinical investigations to advance the information and understanding novel techniques applied in regional anesthesia for perioperative pain, surgical and postoperative management. The scope of the section includes central and peripheral techniques such as neuraxial techniques, nerve blocks, intravenous regional blocks, head and neck block, classic block techniques, ultra sound-guided techniques and nerve stimulator techniques.
