General Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section General anesthesia includes a broad aspect of medical inductions in ENT, Orthopedic, Urological, Gynecological, Obstetrical and Thoracic Anesthesia. The scope covers preoperative assessments, purposes, alternatives to general anesthesia and for its preperation. It also considers studies on airway management, anesthetic maintenance, monitering, possible risks and complications during peri and post operative conditions.
Analgesia
Analgesia means loss of sensation or pain relief by administration of analgesics or pain killers to patients. Analgesics are distinct from anesthetics because patient is fully conscious. Common analgesics are paracetamol, morphine and oxycodone.

Ambulatory anesthesia
Ambulatory anesthesia is given to patients undergoing Outpatient or ambulatory surgery. Short acting anesthetic drugs are used in ambulatory anesthesia medication is administered intravenously. Common medication drugs used are Propofol, benzodiazepenes etc. Patients recover early after surgery.

Complications in Pulmonary and Vascular Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Complications in Pulmonary and Vascular Anesthesia aim is to promote degree of communication among vascular anaesthetists and patients about pulmonary, thoracic and vascular surgery. The scope of the section includes surgical procedures and anesthesia considerations of patients with complicated diseases of cardiac, pulmonary, renal, central nervous system, endocrine and hematologic conditions. It also includes preoperative medication, testing and perioperative care of patients.
Intensive Care Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Intensive Care Anesthesia includes clinical practices of anesthesiologists, surgeons and intensive care unit personnel associated with intensive care medicine and pain therapy. The section also focus on findings and research in radiology, general medicine, coronary care, surgical specialty, monitoring and pre and post operative surgical intensive care.
Neuro Anasthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Neuro Anasthesia focuses on the basic and translational research in clinical anestheisa related to perioperative care and anesthetic management of neurosurgical patients. The section also includes understanding of physiology and pathophysiology of the central nervous system and clinical investigations on the effect of anesthetic agents on central nervous system of the patients undergoing neurosurgery.
Pediatric Anesthesia
Journal of Anesthesiology & Clinical Science Open access Journal covers special section Pediatric Anesthesia aims to cover scientific and clinical research articles educating anesthesiologists relevant to pediatric surgery and intensive care medicine with advanced safety and quality anesthetic care, perioperative management and pain medicine in newborn, infants and children.
