SJPL cells were infected with a moi of 0.005 of the three swine influenza strains in the presence or absence of 50 μM NS1
antagonistic compounds (NSC 109834 and NSC 128164). Plaque assays were performed with supernatants collected at 72 h
post-infection. Bars are mean virus titers and standard deviation, and are representative of two independent experiments.
